Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Raleigh, North Carolina seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and all ADLs. You will also help with oral hygiene and record-keeping, supporting the nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements include being 18 or older, holding a high school diploma or equivalent, and being listed in the DFS registry.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant duties including bathing, dressing and ADLs.
• Maintain patient care records with accurate intake and output.
• Assist with oral hygiene and denture care as needed.
• Support charge nurse with resident needs and treatments.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and ADLs during shift.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care when getting up, after meals, at bedtime, and as needed.
• Completes patient care records at end of shift, including accurate I and O.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.
