Bethesda Extended Care in Clayton, MO, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support patient care under the direction of the Charge Nurse. Responsibilities include hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, safety, and timely documentation of care.

You will take vital signs, assist with transfers, monitor residents, and participate in rounds while maintaining supplies and equipment. Active CNA certification and strong communication are required.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the state you will be working.
• CPR certification, or willing to obtain within six months of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety.
• Document in patient records per established guidelines and shift notes.
• Take vital signs and monitor patient status.
• Assist with transfers, turning, and mobility as directed by the Charge Nurse.
• Attend rounds and communicate changes to the team; maintain supplies and equipment.
