Pillar of Cedar Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation in Waterloo, IA seeks a compassionate CNA to assist residents with daily living needs, respond to calls promptly, and support nursing staff. Weekend shifts Fri-Sun 6:00am-6:00pm with a $3.00 weekend differential, competitive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

• Serve as an advocate for residents and a leader for your team
• Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices
