Job summary

Pillar of Cedar Valley is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to assist residents with appointments and daily activities. You will act as an advocate for residents and help lead the care team, ensuring adherence to best practices and survey requirements.

The position offers a first shift from 6:00am to 2:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a competitive salary and a range of benefits to support staff and residents alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate from the State of Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to doctor appointments and regular appointments.
• Help where needed on any units when no appointments are scheduled.
• Serve as an advocate for residents and a leader for the team.
• Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices.
