Pillar of Cedar Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated CNA to assist residents with daily needs, including personal care and meals. You will respond to calls promptly, document changes, and advocate for residents as part of a caring team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily needs including personal care and meals.
• Respond to resident calls and needs promptly with a positive attitude.
• Report condition changes to nursing staff and document as needed.
• Advocate for residents and be a team leader.
• Be knowledgeable about survey processes and best practices.
• Travel with residents to doctor appointments.

Shifts: 1st shift 6:00am-2:00pm, 2nd shift 2pm-10pm EOW required

• Report changes in condition to nursing staff, ensure proper documentation as needed
• Serve as an advocate for your residents and a leader for your team
• Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices
• Travel with resident to doctor appointments

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant license from the State of Iowa
