Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Current CNA certificate for the State of Iowa required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents to meet their daily needs, including personal care and meal assistance
- Respond to resident calls and needs promptly with a smile and positive attitude
- Report changes in condition to nursing staff, ensure proper documentation as needed
- Serve as an advocate for residents and a leader for your team
- Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices
