Otterbein SeniorLife in Ohio is seeking skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/STNA) to join our caring team. We offer full-time and part-time shifts (1st, 2nd and 3rd) across vibrant communities, home health, hospice and office settings.

You will provide person-centered care, support residents with daily tasks, and document care with accuracy. We value compassionate professionals who collaborate with nurses to enhance resident comfort, independence, and quality of life in a non-profit, 100+

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.

Available Shifts: Full-Time and Part-Time 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available

Responsibilities:

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
