Otterbein SeniorLife Lebanon is seeking skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/STNA) to provide person-centered care in our community. Responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, documenting care, and supporting residents to maintain independence.

State certification is required. Competitive pay starts at $18.50 per hour with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts; various full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules available.

Qualificações

Job Types: Full-time 7a-7p, 3p-11p, 7p-7a, Part-time 7a-7p, 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 7p-7a, 11p-7a, & PRN

Pay: Starting from $18.50 increases with experience and $3.00 shift differential for 2nd shift, $1.50 shift differential for 3rd shift

Supplemental Pay: Shift Differential

Responsibilities

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
