Otterbein SeniorLife in Ohio is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) to provide compassionate, person-centered care under nursing supervision. This PRN opportunity emphasizes independence and daily living support for residents across our communities and home health services.

As a Partner in Caring, you’ll help residents with bathing, eating, mobility, and documentation, while following proper lift techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Ohio CNA/STNA certification required.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to use proper lift technique and lift equipment.

Responsibilities

Job Types: ** PRN**

Pay: $18.50/hr rate increases with experience

Responsibilities:

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as need arises and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: State of Ohio Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) certification required in the State of Ohio.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
