Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) to join our team in Ohio. You will assist residents with daily activities, supporting independence while documenting care under nurse supervision.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with a strong focus on person-centered care and resident choices. Otterbein emphasizes growth, training, tuition support, and internal promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
