Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife in Ohio is seeking skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/STNA) to join our compassionate care team. You will support residents with daily tasks, mobility, and personal care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

We offer full-time day and night shifts, part-time and PRN, with competitive starting pay and shift differentials. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k) with match, PTO from day one, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Certification: CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio.
• Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment.
• Must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents stay as independent and comfortable as possible.
• Provide accurate, timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Available Shifts: Full-time Days & Nights (12 hr shift), Part-time or PRN
