Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/STNA) to join our compassionate care team in Ohio. We welcome you as a Partner in Caring, delivering person-centered care across our communities, including small house neighborhoods, Home Health, Hospice, and Home Office.

We offer full-time or part-time roles on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (11p-7a) with starting pay from $18.50 per hour plus $3.00 second shift differential and $1.50 third shift differential.

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA in Ohio; must pass state test and be listed on Nurse Aide Registry.
• Experience: good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing assistance with bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a range of support services under nurse supervision.
• Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while living daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Plan and cook residents' favorite foods and eat with them.
• Laundry and light housekeeping tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
