Otterbein SeniorLife, a nonprofit health and human services organization, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA to join our compassionate care team. This PRN/12-hour shift role offers flexible scheduling, weekend differential, overtime, and dailyPay options, with opportunities for full-time days or nights.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily tasks, documenting care accurately, and supporting licensed nurses to deliver person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or CNA/STNA certification is required in the state of Ohio.
• Strong documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing help with bathing, eating, ambulating and hair care.
• Provide support under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents stay as independent as possible during daily activities.
• Provide accurate and timely care documentation.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Job Types: PRN - 12 hour shifts

Available Shifts: Full Time Days & Nights and Part-Time Nights

Pay: Starting from $18.25/Hr increases with experience / $1.00 2nd & 3rd shift differential / Weekend Diff $1/Hr 1st and $2/Hr 2nd & 3rd

Responsibilities:

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
