Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife in Ohio is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) to join our team. You will assist residents with daily tasks, document care, and support a compassionate, person-centered approach across our communities and home health options.

This role offers flexible scheduling, PRN options with 12-hour shifts, shift differentials, and access to DailyPay. Eligible candidates must hold Ohio CNA certification and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry; prior lifting

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Job Types: PRN - 12 hour shifts

Available Shifts: Full Time Days & Nights and Part-Time Nights

Pay: Starting from $18.25/Hr increases with experience / $1.00 2nd & 3rd shift differential / Weekend Diff $1/Hr 1st and $2/Hr 2nd & 3rd
