Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/STNA) to join our caring team in Ohio. This role focuses on delivering person-centered care under supervision, helping residents with daily tasks and maintaining their independence.

We offer flexible scheduling, 6am-6pm and other shifts, overtime, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, life, EAP, 401(k), PTO and tuition assistance.

• Certification: CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio.
• Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Job Types: Full Time 6am-6pm, Part Time 6am-2pm, Part Time 2pm-10pm, PRN

Pay: Starting from $18.50 increases with experience / $3.00 2nd shift differential /$1.50 3rd shift differential
