Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife in Ohio is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) to join our team. Available shifts: Third Shift with a starting pay of $18.50 per hour, plus a $3.00/hour second shift differential and $1.50/hour third shift differential.

You will support residents with daily activities, document care, and promote independence in a respectful, compassionate environment. We value partners who provide quality care, uphold person-centered values, and collaborate with nursing

Qualifications

• Certification: CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Plan and cook residents' favorite foods and eat a meal with them.
• Laundry and light housekeeping tasks.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Available Shifts: Third Shift

Pay:Starting from $18.50 increases with experience

Shift Differential:$3.00/hour 2nd shift and $1.50/hour 3rd shift
