Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) for our Ohio communities. This role delivers person-centered care, assisting residents with daily activities and documenting care under nursing supervision.

We offer flexible scheduling, various shifts (Full Time Days/Nights and Part-Time Nights), and a competitive starting wage with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Certification required: Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA/STNA in Ohio; must pass state test and be listed on Nurse Aide Registry.
• Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing assistance with bathing, eating, ambulating and hair care.
• Provide support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents stay as independent as possible in daily life.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Job Types: Full Time and PRN

Available Shifts: Full Time Days & Nights and Part-Time Nights

Pay: Starting from $18.25/Hr increases with experience / $1.00 2nd & 3rd shift differential / Weekend Diff $1/Hr 1st and $2/Hr 2nd & 3rd

Responsibilities:

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
