Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking skilled, compassionate CNAs/STNAs to deliver person-centered care in our Ohio communities. You will assist residents with daily activities, document care, and work under a nurse's supervision.

Openings are Full Time, Part Time and PRN with shifts 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour based on experience, with $3.00 second shift differential and $1.50 third shift differential. Ohio CNA/STNA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Certification: CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as need arises and/or assigned.
