The Shores, a UMC community, in Ocean City, NJ, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Health Care Center team. Part-time day shifts (6am–2pm) and per diem overnights are available. Competitive pay ($23.00–$25.55 per hour) based on experience, with shift differentials for evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care tasks.
• Provide care in accordance with each resident’s care plan and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Observe residents throughout the shift and report changes in condition, behavior, or functioning to the nursing team.
• Assist residents with meals, transfers, ambulation, and the use of mobility and adaptive equipment.
• Support resident comfort, safety, and daily routines while following established clinical procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare team members to support resident care and unit operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and resident-focused healthcare environment.

About the Community

The Shores is a community serving residents in assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation. Our Health Care team provides daily support and services that help meet residents' clinical and personal care needs.

What you’ll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care tasks

What you need

Required:

Schedule

• Part-time days, 6am to 2pm
• Per diem overnights
• Weekend and holiday shifts are scheduled on a rotating basis among team members
