Job summary

Smith Crossing in Orland Park, IL seeks a compassionate CNA to join our Nursing team. You will assist residents with ADLs, maintain hygiene and comfort, and document care in the electronic medical records system. The role offers both part-time and full-time possibilities with a sign-on bonus and shift differentials.

CPR certification and IDPH CNA license are required; experience in long-term care is preferred. Excellent teamwork and professional appearance are expected.

Qualifications

Job description

Sign-On Bonus: You will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $2,400, paid in four installments of $600 each. Payments will be made upon completion of 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months of employment, in accordance with company policy.

Pay Rate:$21 per hour (Pay is based on experience)

PM + Night Shifts: Additional $2 shift differential

Plus, an additional 10% Weekend Differential for all shifts

Part-time and Full-time role:

Day Shift 6:30AM - 2:30PM

PM Shift 2:30PM - 10:30PM

Night Shift 10:30PM - 6:30AM

• Must be IDPH Certified Nursing Assistant
