Job summary

Smith Crossing is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our Nursing team. This position offers day, evening, and night shifts with a $21 per hour base pay and additional shift differentials of $2 for PM, plus a 10% weekend differential. Full-time and part-time roles available.

A total sign-on bonus of $2,400 is paid in four installments over the first year. Requirements include a valid IDPH CNA certification, CPR certification, and strong computer skills.

Job description

Sign-On Bonus: You will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $2,400, paid in four installments of $600 each. Payments will be made upon completion of 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months of employment, in accordance with company policy.

Pay Rate:$21 per hour (Pay is based on experience)

PM + Night Shifts: Additional $2 shift differential

Plus, an additional 10% Weekend Differential for all shifts

Part-time and Full-time role:

Day Shift 6:30AM - 2:30PM

PM Shift 2:30PM - 10:30PM

Night Shift 10:30PM - 6:30AM
