Job summary

Smith Crossing is seeking a caring CNA to join our Nursing team in Orland Park, IL. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily activities, and help maintain comfort and safety across shifts. Weekends carry a 10% differential, and a sign-on bonus applies.

The position offers both part-time and full-time options with competitive pay and shift differentials. CNA certification, CPR, and computer skills are required, with prior long-term care experience preferred.

Job description

Sign-On Bonus: You will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $2,400, paid in four installments of $600 each. Payments will be made upon completion of 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months of employment, in accordance with company policy.

Pay Rate:$21 per hour (Pay is based on experience)

PM + Night Shifts: Additional $2 shift differential

Plus, an additional 10% Weekend Differential for all shifts

Part-time and Full-time role:

Day Shift 6:30AM - 2:30PM

PM Shift 2:30PM - 10:30PM

Night Shift 10:30PM - 6:30AM

What you bring to the table:

• Must be IDPH Certified Nursing Assistant
• Must be CPR certified
• Must possess good computer skills.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.

• Maintains neat, professional appearance

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists with all ADL's
• Tasks required to maintain good hygiene, grooming, comfort and the overall well-being of residents
• Charts all care, supplies, etc. using electronic medical records system
• Answers all call lights promptly
