Job summary

Smith Crossing's Nursing team is seeking a caring CNA to support residents with daily living activities in a senior living setting in Orland Park, IL. The role offers day, evening and night shifts with competitive compensation and a sign-on bonus for eligible hires.

You must be a state-certified CNA with CPR certification, good computer skills, and a team-oriented, compassionate approach to resident care. Long Term Care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be IDPH Certified Nursing Assistant.

Job description

Sign-On Bonus: You will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $2,400, paid in four installments of $600 each. Payments will be made upon completion of 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months of employment, in accordance with company policy.

Pay Rate:$21 per hour (Pay is based on experience)

PM + Night Shifts: Additional $2 shift differential

Plus, an additional 10% Weekend Differential for all shifts

Part-time and Full-time role:

Day Shift 6:30AM - 2:30PM

PM Shift 2:30PM - 10:30PM

Night Shift 10:30PM - 6:30AM
