Job summary

Smith Crossing in Orland Park, IL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our Nursing team across day, evening, and night shifts. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with a $2 shift differential for PM and night shifts and a 10% weekend differential.

Ideal candidates hold an IDPH CNA, CPR certification, and possess basic computer skills. Long-term care experience is preferred, along with teamwork, professionalism, and a caring attitude.

• Must be CPR certified.
• Must possess good computer skills.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Demonstrates caring and compassionate nature.
• CNA candidate must be a team player, have a positive outlook and excellent problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists with all ADL's.
• Tasks required to maintain good hygiene, grooming, comfort and the overall well-being of residents.
• Charts all care, supplies, etc. using electronic medical records system.
• Answers all call lights promptly.

Job description

Pay Rate:$21 per hour (Pay is based on experience)

PM + Night Shifts: Additional $2 shift differential
Plus, an additional 10% Weekend Differential for all shifts

Part-time and Full-time role:

Day Shift 6:30AM - 2:30PM
PM Shift 2:30PM - 10:30PM
Night Shift 10:30PM - 6:30AM
