Job summary

The Greens at Erwin is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PRN night shifts in Erwin, Tennessee. This role offers 12-hour shifts with 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM scheduling flexibility to fit your needs.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, support RNs and LPNs, maintain safety and comfort overnight, and help with mobility. New CNAs are welcome and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Current CNA Certification in the State of Tennessee.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• New CNAs are welcome – training provided.
• Dependable and comfortable working overnight shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs.
• Assist RNs and LPNs in providing care based on each resident’s individual needs.
• Help maintain resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being throughout the night.
• Assist with toileting, repositioning, transfers, and mobility as needed.
• Respond to resident needs promptly and compassionately.
• Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the night shift nursing team to provide quality resident care.

Position Details

• PRN / As Needed

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• 12-Hour Shifts

What You’ll Do
