PRN / As Needed
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
12-Hour Shifts
Flexible PRN Scheduling
Additional shifts may be available based on facility needs
As a PRN Night Shift CNA, you will work closely with our nursing team to ensure residents receive compassionate, attentive care throughout the night.
Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs
Assist RNs and LPNs in providing care based on each resident’s individual needs
Help maintain resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well‑being throughout the night
Assist with toileting, repositioning, transfers, and mobility as needed
Respond to resident needs promptly and compassionately
Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the nursing team
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection‑control guidelines
Work collaboratively with the night shift nursing team to provide quality resident care
Current CNA Certification in the State of Tennessee
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous skilled nursing or long‑term care experience is a plus
New CNAs are welcome – we are willing to train!
