The Greens at Erwin in Erwin, Tennessee is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PRN Night Shift. Join our caring team to provide compassionate, resident-centered care during the night hours from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Current CNA Certification in Tennessee
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous skilled nursing or long‑term care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs
• Assist RNs and LPNs in providing care

• Respond to resident needs promptly and compassionately
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean, safe resident environment
• Follow facility policies and infection-control guidelines

Are you a dependable and compassionate CNA looking for the flexibility of PRN scheduling? The Greens at Erwin is seeking caring CNAs to join our night shift team and help provide exceptional care and support to our residents.

Located in Erwin, Tennessee, The Greens at Erwin provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services with a focus on quality care, teamwork, and resident dignity.

Position Details

• PRN / As Needed

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• 12-Hour Shifts

• Flexible PRN Scheduling

• Additional shifts may be available based on facility needs

What You’ll Do

As a PRN Night Shift CNA, you will work closely with our nursing team to ensure residents receive compassionate, attentive care throughout the night.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs

• Assist RNs and LPNs in providing care based on each resident’s individual needs

• Help maintain resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well‑being throughout the night

• Assist with toileting, repositioning, transfers, and mobility as needed

• Respond to resident needs promptly and compassionately

• Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the nursing team

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection‑control guidelines

• Work collaboratively with the night shift nursing team to provide quality resident care
