The Greens at Erwin in Erwin, Tennessee is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PRN Night Shift. Join a compassionate team delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

We welcome new CNAs and offer training. Night shifts run 6:00 PM–6:00 AM on 12-hour shifts with flexible PRN scheduling. Based in Erwin, TN, this role emphasizes resident dignity, safety, and teamwork on the night team.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the State of Tennessee.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• New CNAs are welcome – training available.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus.
• Dependable and comfortable working overnight shifts.
• Compassionate and resident-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs.
• Assist RNs and LPNs in providing care based on each resident’s individual needs.
• Help maintain resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being throughout the night.
• Assist with toileting, repositioning, transfers, and mobility as needed.
• Respond to resident needs promptly and compassionately.
• Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the night shift nursing team to provide quality resident care.

Position Details

• PRN / As Needed

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What You’ll Do

As a PRN Night Shift CNA, you will work closely with our nursing team to ensure residents receive compassionate, attentive care throughout the night.
