Job summary

Moments Hospice is seeking a compassionate CNA to support patients in Wichita as they approach the end of life. This on-the-road position offers a comprehensive compensation package including a company car with fuel and insurance, plus a cell phone and full health coverage.

You will work closely with an RN Case Manager to deliver respectful, quality care. Requirements include an active CNA license and 12 months of caregiving experience; CPR is preferred and a valid driver’s license with auto

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
12 months of caregiving experience in Home Care, Assisted Living/Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Hospital or Hospice.
Current CPR certification preferred.
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform personal care activities daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, skin care).
Review patient care plans.
Assist with lifting, transferring, ROM, positioning, exercise, and ambulation.
Assist with dining and nutrition.
Maintain electronic medical records.
Work under the direction of a Case Manager RN.
