Job summary

Bushwick Center Adult Day Care, part of Centers Health Care, is seeking licensed CNA Team Members to work per diem at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY. This role offers flexible, on-call shifts to support resident care and daily activities.

Responsibilities include observing residents, reporting health issues, assisting with personal care, meal setup, feeding, mobility, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Successful completion of a CNA program.
• Valid NY State Certification.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.
