Job summary

Medstaff Group is seeking caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a Brooklyn-based facility. Candidates who live in Brooklyn or nearby are encouraged to apply.

This full-time union position offers day, evening, and overnight shifts. Prior facility experience is a plus, but not required, and a current CNA certification is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and other activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with walking, transfers, and positioning, following safety procedures.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests in a timely, respectful manner.
• Help keep resident rooms and shared areas clean, comfortable, and safe.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition or concerns to the nursing team.
• Follow care plans, facility procedures, and directions from licensed nursing staff.
• Protect residents’ privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Work cooperatively with nurses and other care team members.
