Select Specialty Hospital - Miami is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Miami, FL for PRN/Per Diem 12-hour shifts with day and night options. Compensation is $22 per hour, with part-time/per diem scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Perform patient care tasks: bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, and hair care.
• Honor hourly rounds and respond to calls.
• Assist with transport to treatment centers and move patients in stretchers/wheelchairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of instruments, bedpans, urinals, and wheelchairs.
• Keep patient rooms clean and organized; restock supplies as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform services for patients including bathing using basin-less bath products, oral hygiene, oral feeding and care of hair

• Participate in hourly rounds

• Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs

• Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals and wheelchairs

• Keep patients’ rooms in clean and orderly condition

• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years)

• Requires hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student)

• BLS is required within 90 days of hire
