You will provide high-quality patient care, assist with rehabilitative therapies, and help patients achieve their goals while maintaining documentation and coordination with the care team.

The role requires FL CNA certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Florida
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including vital signs, personal care, and assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist with rehabilitative therapies, such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as directed by a licensed therapist
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and therapy participation
• Participate in care planning and goal setting with the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures
