Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including vital signs, personal care, and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist with rehabilitative therapies, such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as directed by a licensed therapist.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and therapy participation.
• Participate in care planning and goal setting with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
