Sandy Health and Rehab in Sandy, Utah, is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care during day shifts, including 6am–6pm with rotating weekends.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor comfort and dietary needs, document intake/output, and report changes to nursing staff.

Formación

• Must demonstrate compassionate communication with residents and coworkers.
• Ability to follow state, local, and federal long-term care guidelines.
• Demonstrates reliability and respect in daily resident care.

Responsabilidades

• Be the friendly, reliable face answering call lights and supporting residents' daily needs
• Assist with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more
• Support residents with dignity and respect by monitoring comfort, preferences, and dietary needs
• Document intake/output as needed and promptly report condition changes to nursing staff
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families
