Meadow Brook Rehab and Nursing in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our close-knit team dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care to residents.

We offer a Nursing Tuition Reimbursement program up to $500 per month pre-tax, with no contract required beyond completing 90 days. Benefits for full-time and part-time staff include 401(k) with company match, medical/dental/life/vision insurance, and 12 days of paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing issued by Utah.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures.
• Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal long-term care laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights to determine need.
• Turn and reposition residents in bed.
• Provide physical support for daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising.
• Review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet.
• Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.

Meadow Brook Rehab and Nursing in Salt Lake City, UT is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)! We are a close-knit group where providing our residents the best care possible is our #1 priority. We strive to improve the lives of our residents and their families, as well as our staff.

We care about our CNAs and want to provide opportunities for them - which is why we have a "Nursing Tuition Reimbursement" program, where you can receive up to $500 a month (pre-tax) to go to nursing school. No contract required, but we do require that you work part time or full time, and finish your first 90-days with us to be eligible for this program.

Schedule

Our CNAs are able to enjoy 8-hour shifts! Day shifts are from 6 AM to 2 PM, Swing shifts are from 2 PM to 10 PM, while night shifts are from 10 PM to 6 AM

• Full Time CNAs work 5 days a week
• Part Time CNAs work 2-3 days a week
• PRN CNAs work on a "as-needed/available" schedule

Job Description
