Job summary

Spring Creek Care Center in Millcreek, Utah is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate, patient-first team. You’ll help residents with daily living activities, respond to call lights, and support dignity and comfort in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• Ability to communicate compassionately with residents and coworkers.
• Willingness to follow state, local, and federal long-term care guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, reliable face answering call lights and supporting residents' daily needs.
• Assist with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more.
• Support residents with dignity and respect by monitoring comfort, preferences, and dietary needs.
• Document intake/output and promptly report condition changes to nursing staff.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families.
