Job summary

Voorhees Pediatric Facility is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Clinical/Nursing team in Voorhees, NJ. You will work 3 x 12 hour shifts per week, with a $1.00 night shift differential and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Duties include feeding, dressing and bathing patients, responding to requests, and maintaining clean, safe rooms.

Requirements include NJ CNA licensure and AHA/ARC CPR certification. Prior Long-Term Care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey CNA licensure.
• CPR certification (AHA or ARC) with cognitive and skills training.
• One year Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Feed, dress, and bathe patients.
• Respond promptly to requests from patients, families, and staff.
• Perform housekeeping duties including linens and waste disposal.

Voorhees Pediatric Facility provides a nurturing and home-like atmospherefilled with attentive and dedicated staff. All staff will work collaborativelyto support residents with significant medical complexities and potentialcognitive impairments. Under the direction of a licensed practical nurse andregistered professional nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant will supportholistic care to a medically-fragile community of infants, children, adolescentsand young adults.

Daily tasks will include:

• Feeding, dressing andbathing patients
• Responding with promptcourtesy to requests of patients and their families, and to other members ofthe healthcare team
• Housekeeping duties, includinglinens and waste disposal and general upkeep of patient rooms
• Ensuring patients arecared for in a timely manner in respect to individual schedules

Position Requirements:

• Current New JerseyC.N.A licensure
