Job summary

Rehab of Kansas City South is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Night Shift. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and take pride in providing excellent resident care, we want to meet you!

As a CNA, you’ll provide hands-on care and support to our residents while helping create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment. You’ll work with a supportive nursing team to maintain high standards of care each night.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or enrollment in a CNA program.
• At least 6 months of CNA experience preferred or clinical experience through a CNA program.
• Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate daily care to residents.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Making regular resident rounds and responding to resident needs.
• Taking and reporting resident information as directed.
• Making beds and maintaining clean, safe resident rooms.
• Keeping water pitchers clean, filled, and within residents’ reach.
• Following facility policies, nursing procedures, and safety regulations.
• Reporting resident needs and concerns to the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
• Working as part of the nursing team to provide quality resident care.

Your Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll provide hands-on care and support to our residents while helping create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
