Fundamental is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant CNA - I to join our team in Maryland. You will provide daily resident care, assist with bathing, repositioning, and monitoring vital signs in a supportive environment.

This role requires MD CNA-I license and Geriatric Nursing Assistant Certification, strong communication in English, reliable transportation, and a compassionate approach to residents and families; day and night shifts are available.

Responsabilidades

• CNA-I will provide daily care and services that support the nursing care delivered to residents and patients, including:

• Properly positioning patients
• Offering hydration
• Checking in on patients in the morning and night
• Taking/recording vital signs
• CNA-I may perform other/similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary

Position Summary

We are seeking a caring and empathetic Certified Nursing Assistant CNA - I to join our team. As a CNA - I you will play a vital role in providing the highest level of daily care and support to our residents and patients.

Posted Salary Range

USD $20.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Full and part‑time day shift and part‑time night shift available

Duties & Responsibilities

CNA-I will provide daily care and services that support the nursing care delivered to residents and patients, including:

• Assistance with bathing
• Changing linens

• Offering hydration

• CNA-I may perform other/similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed CNA - I in good standing with the state (as required)
• Must hold Geriatric Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of Maryland
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language
• CNA - I must be a caring individual dedicated to providing high quality care to our residents/patients
• Reliable transportation required
