Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking CNAs and HHAs to care for adult and geriatric clients in our community. Pay up to $20 per hour depending on experience, with 4-12 hour shifts available. Talent Scout Bonus $500 for referrals that work 100 hours.

We serve clients in Kent and Sussex Counties. BAYADA offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, benefits for eligible employees, time off, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support to help you thrive in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience (does not have to be in the HHA field).
• Current CNA license or proof of HHA certificate with 75 hours or more, we can accept out of state license

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

• Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
• Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.
