Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) and CNAs to care for adult and geriatric clients in their homes. Pay ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, depending on experience, with 4-12 hour shifts available and a referral bonus of $500 for referrals that work 100 hours.

Benefits include weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment with 24/7 on-call clinical manager support. BAYADA offers medical, dental, vision plans and scholarships for eligible field staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of work experience (does not have to be in the HHA field).
• Current CNA license or proof of HHA certificate with 75 hours or more; out-of-state license accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Light housekeeping.
• Bathing and grooming.
• Toileting assistance.
• Range of motion / exercises.
• Transfers using mechanical lifting devices.
• Assisting with ambulation.
• Medication reminders.

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

• Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
• Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.
