Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care for clients in your local community. Per diem positions offer competitive pay, referral bonuses, weekly pay, and 24/7 clinical support.

Qualified HHAs or CNAs with valid certification and reliable transportation can join BAYADA’s trusted care team, with flexible scheduling and benefits available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation as shifts may include errands.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with activities of daily living.

• Home Health Aide Certificate OR Certified Nursing Assistant License
• Reliable transportation as shifts include running errands/running to the grocery store, etc

Job Responsibilities for Home Health Aides (HHAs) / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs):

• Activities of daily living
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
