Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate in-home care across Beverly and surrounding North Shore communities in Massachusetts. Per diem openings support flexible scheduling and consistent client matches.

Competitive pay rates of $22–$24/hr, weekly pay, referral bonuses, 24/7 clinical support, and benefits including 401(k) accompany meaningful patient contact and a stable employer dating back to 1975.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide Certificate OR Certified Nursing Assistant License is required.
• Reliable transportation as shifts include running errands/running to the grocery store, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform range of motion exercises and mobility transfers.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using devices.
• Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Manage home tasks (laundry, meal prep, making beds).
• Assist with medications as directed.
