Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) to care for clients in Canton, Foxborough, Sharon, Easton, MA and nearby areas. Immediate need with flexible scheduling and a supportive team.

We offer weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, scholarship programs, and nurse residency opportunities. Join a stable, on-call capable care team dedicated to compassionate home health support.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of care experience or current HHA/CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental tasks.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, and ROM exercises.
• Support transfers using mechanical lifting devices and ambulation.
• Administer medication assistance and vital sign checks.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:

• Minimum one year work experience OR
• Current HHA or CNA license

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
