Baywood Home Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide one-on-one home care in the Twin Cities Area, MN. The role offers $24–$26 per hour with credit for experience, and both part-time and full-time schedules in person.

You will perform personal care, help with medications, and ensure client safety and dignity during every shift, in a supportive team environment that values caregivers.

Qualifications

• CNA certificate (does not need to be current).
• At least 21 years old.
• Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required.
• 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Offer reminders for medications and routines.
• Ensure safety and peace of mind throughout each shift.
• Support independence and dignity through compassionate care.
