Baywood Home Care is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Twin Cities Area, MN. Compensation is $24–$26/hour with credit for experience and an in-person role.

As a CNA with Baywood, you will provide one-on-one home care, assist with daily living activities, monitor safety, and support independence. A quick hiring process is offered and flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• CNA certificate (does not need to be current).
• At least 21 years old.
• Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required.
• 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• Dependa ble and compassionate attitude.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Offer gentle reminders for medications and routines.
