Job summary

Capitol River Wellness & Rehabilitation in Jefferson City, MO is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the evening shift to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents.

You will perform ADLs, assist with mobility, communicate with the care team, and follow care plans to ensure a safe, dignified environment. No experience required, Missouri CNA certification and CPR/BLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri (in good standing).
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Listed on the Missouri Nurse Aide Registry.

• No experience required - new CNAs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Support mobility and proper positioning, including use of adaptive equipment.
• Maintain clean, dry, and comfortable environments for residents.
• Change bed linens and ensure beds are safe and wrinkle-free.
• Communicate effectively with nurses and care team members.
• Follow care plans and report changes in resident condition.
• Deliver care with dignity, respect, and compassion.
