Job summary

Jefferson City Care and Rehab in Missouri is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team. We offer full-time, part-time, or per diem roles with flexible shifts (7:00am–7:00pm and 7:00pm–7:00am) and competitive pay based on experience.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with grooming, feeding, mobility, and vital signs, while enjoying benefits such as PTO after 30 days, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), and health/dental/vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Valid Missouri CNA certification.
• Eligibility to work as a CNA in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding.
• Assists resident with range of motion exercises.
• Provides for personal care and comfort.
• Movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
• Assists residents with ambulation for short distance in facility.
• Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output.
• Provides direct and indirect resident care services.
• Meets the communication needs of resident and family.
• Communicates to nursing team changes in residents’ clinical condition.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
