Capitol River Wellness & Rehabilitation in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a day shift with both full-time and part-time options. The role focuses on providing compassionate resident care with structured routines during a consistent day schedule.

The CNA will support activities of daily living, assist with mobility, and collaborate with nurses and the care team to follow individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri (in good standing).
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow care instructions.
• No experience required – new CNAs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques.
• Maintain clean, dry, and comfortable resident environments.
• Change bed linens and ensure beds are safe and wrinkle-free.
• Communicate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
• Follow care plans and report any changes in condition.
• Deliver care with dignity, respect, and compassion.
